What are the recommended drying temperatures and times for different filaments?

Yes. PLA has a low glass transition temperature. If you set the dryer box above 55 °C for standard PLA, the outer layers of the filament can soften and fuse together on the spool (forming a solid block). Always keep PLA drying temperatures strictly between 45–50 °C.
