At LANDU, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We are committed to providing high-quality 3D printing materials and reliable customer support. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return, refund, or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Not show any signs of damage caused by improper use, modification, or mishandling.

Before returning any product, please contact our customer support team to obtain return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the package in accordance with this policy.

3. Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased your LANDU products through a third-party platform, such as Amazon, eBay, or an authorized reseller, please contact the original seller or platform directly for assistance with returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces are subject to the return and refund policies of those platforms or sellers. Unfortunately, LANDU cannot process returns or refunds for purchases that were not made directly through our official website.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used filament, resin, or other consumable products.
  • Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.
  • Clearance, final sale, promotional, or discontinued products (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
  • Gift cards or digital products.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

After reviewing your request, LANDU will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to personal reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • No longer needing the item
  • Changing your mind

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect shipment
  • LANDU's fulfillment error

LANDU will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate shipping solution.

7. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it for the same item whenever possible.

If the original product is unavailable, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A comparable replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

9. Warranty

LANDU products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper storage
  • Incorrect printer settings or operating conditions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • User modification, misuse, or negligence

For warranty assistance, please contact our customer support team with your order information and supporting photos or videos for evaluation.

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official LANDU website.
