At LANDU, we know that when you're inspired to print, waiting for materials is the hardest part. Our goal is to offer you the best international shipping options, delivering to hundreds of creators across the world every day with the highest level of service.

Please read our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, shipping methods, and international delivery guidelines.

1. Order Processing Time

Fast Dispatch: All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and local holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

To ensure your 3D printer filaments and resins reach you efficiently, we utilize a combination of Air Freight and Overseas Warehouse delivery, depending on your location and stock availability.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the product weight and destination country, which will be displayed at checkout. (Keep an eye out for our occasional limited-time store events and free shipping promotions!)

Estimated Transit Times:

• US & Canada: 4 - 10 Business Days

• United Kingdom: 4 - 10 Business Days

• Europe: 4 - 10 Business Days

• Rest of the World: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Important Notes on Delivery Times:

• Remote Areas: Delivery times may be extended if your shipping address is located in a remote or hard-to-reach area.

• Holidays: Transit times may be delayed during major local or international holidays due to high courier volumes.

• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not strict guarantees. Unexpected delays due to extreme weather or courier disruptions are outside of our control, but we will always assist you in tracking your package.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking portal to update its status.

4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As a globally focused brand, we ship to creators worldwide. However, your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and VAT once a shipment reaches your destination country.

LANDU is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All customs-related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Special Items

• P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: We highly recommend providing a physical residential or commercial address at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

• Liquid Resins: Due to international aviation regulations regarding liquids, orders containing 3D printing resins may be shipped via specific ground or dedicated freight channels, which could slightly extend the standard delivery time.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products (especially vacuum-sealing our filaments to prevent moisture). However, if your order arrives damaged:

1. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

2. Contact us immediately at store@landu3d.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

If your tracking shows as "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 business days, contact our support team for assistance.

7. Modifications to the Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at store@landu3d.com as soon as possible. Once the order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been dispatched (within the 24-48 hour window), we can no longer modify the destination.
