How do I place an order?
  1. Select your desired product.
  2. Choose the quantity and add it to your cart.
  3. Proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your shipping and payment information.
  5. Complete your purchase.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us immediately at store@landu3d.com.

After 24 hours, your order may already have entered the fulfillment process and cannot be changed.

What should I do if my product has quality issues?

Filament Storage & Usage

How should I store LANDU filament?

To maintain the best printing performance, we recommend:

Storage Temperature: 15–25°C (59–77°F)

Storage Environment:

  • Keep filament sealed when not in use.
  • Store in an airtight container with desiccant for best protection against moisture.

Recommended Usage: For optimal performance, use filament within one year after purchase, as vacuum sealing conditions may change over time.

What should I do if my filament absorbs moisture?

Moisture absorption may affect printing quality, especially for: PETG, TPU, Nylon, ASA, ABS.

Common symptoms include:

  • Stringing
  • Popping sounds during printing
  • Poor surface quality
  • Weak layer adhesion

Drying the filament properly can often restore its original printing performance.

Printing Troubleshooting

Why does my print not stick to the build plate?

Poor bed adhesion is usually caused by:

  • Incorrect bed temperature
  • Dirty printing surface
  • Incorrect first-layer settings

Try these solutions:

  • Increase bed temperature gradually by 5–10°C.
  • Reduce first-layer printing speed.
  • Clean the printing surface thoroughly.
  • Use additional adhesion solutions, such as glue stick, Magigoo, or a textured PEI surface.
What four rules solve most common printing problems?

1. Reduce Printing Speed — Lower printing speeds improve stability, printing consistency, and extrusion reliability.

2. Store and Dry Filament Properly — Filament absorbs moisture over time, especially materials such as PETG and TPU. Proper storage and drying help maintain stable extrusion, better surface quality, and stronger prints.

3. Keep Your Build Plate Clean — Dust, oil, and residue can reduce adhesion. Regular cleaning ensures better first layers and more reliable printing results.

4. Check the First Layer Before Leaving the Printer — Monitoring the first layer is one of the most effective ways to prevent failed prints.

Material Selection Guide

Which filament is best for outdoor or UV-resistant applications?

ASA — Recommended Choice. ASA provides excellent UV resistance, strong weather resistance, and high durability. It is ideal for parts exposed to sunlight for long periods.

PETG — Alternative Option. PETG offers good durability, easier printing, and moderate UV resistance. It is suitable for short-to-medium outdoor applications where some flexibility is acceptable.
