  • Local Currency Billing: You can browse prices and complete your order in your local currency, including USD, EUR, NOK, GBP, and other supported regional currencies.

  • Automatic Conversion: When you select your destination country or region, prices automatically adjust based on real-time market exchange rates.

  • No Hidden Markups: LANDU does not charge additional currency conversion fees. If your card or payment account is based in a currency different from your checkout currency, standard exchange rates and foreign transaction fees determined by your issuing bank may apply.

  • No Storage of Card Information: LANDU does not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers or security codes on our servers. All transactions are securely routed through certified payment gateways.

  • Immediate Authorization: Your payment method will be charged immediately upon completing checkout and order confirmation.

  • Full Price Transparency: The final total, including item prices, shipping fees, and applicable taxes, will be clearly calculated and displayed before you authorize payment. We guarantee that there are no hidden charges or unexpected fees at checkout.

  1. Refunds and Payment Processing

  • Approved refunds will be automatically issued back to your original payment method in the currency originally paid, in compliance with our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Depending on your issuing bank or card provider, funds typically reflect in your account within 3 to 7 business days.
